These Terms & Conditions govern your use of TradeJour, a trading journal and performance analytics service.
1. Service
TradeJour allows users to record, organize and analyze trading activity. Features may include dashboards, trade records, account management, analytics and archived trading data.
TradeJour is an informational and organizational tool. It does not provide investment, financial, tax or legal advice and does not execute trades on your behalf.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity performed through your account.
You must provide accurate information and must not use TradeJour for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, abuse or interference with the service.
3. Free Trial
TradeJour may provide a free trial or free plan with limited functionality, account limits or trade limits. Current limits are displayed inside the service or on the pricing page.
4. Paid Subscription
TradeJour Pro is offered as a recurring subscription. The current price, currency and billing period are displayed before checkout.
Unless cancelled, recurring subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record for paid purchases. Paddle may display its own checkout terms, tax details and payment information during purchase.
5. Cancellation
You may request cancellation of a subscription by contacting supporttradejour.app@gmail.com .
Unless otherwise required by law or confirmed during cancellation, access remains available through the already-paid billing period.
6. Refunds
Refund requests are handled according to the TradeJour Refund Policy available at /refund-policy .
7. Availability
We aim to keep TradeJour available and reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance, updates, third-party outages and technical failures may temporarily affect availability.
8. User Data
You retain ownership of trading information and other content that you submit to TradeJour. You grant TradeJour the limited rights necessary to store, process and display that information for operation of the service.
9. Prohibited Use
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access, bypass security controls, interfere with service operation, introduce malicious code, scrape the service abusively, or use TradeJour in violation of applicable law.
10. Intellectual Property
TradeJour software, design, branding and original service content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to users.
11. Limitation
Trading involves risk. TradeJour does not guarantee trading results, profitability or accuracy of user-entered trading data.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TradeJour is not responsible for losses resulting from trading decisions, market activity or reliance on analytics generated from incomplete or inaccurate user data.
12. Changes
These terms may be updated when the service, legal requirements or billing arrangements change. The current version will remain available on this page.
